事件发生在2020年4月9号，本人在睡觉前，也是就12点半左右，平台账户还是盈利状态，账户原来有原油的单子，设置好保护损以后就睡觉了，第二天醒来账户却暴仓了，我打开平台软件一看，就是在本人睡觉期间，平台自觉的下了3个单子，以致我的账户暴仓，问了下客服，回复我说是我自己 下的单子，我本人承诺绝不是自己下的单子，希望借助平台给我一个满意的答案
