2020年注册加入AF index，期间先后入金45000美金， 2021年2月尝试出金，平台要求缴纳百分之二十的个人所得税、交完也还是没有处理出金申请，客服告知等待财务部门发邮件回复，没有收到邮件，出金没有处理，客服也不在回应。
