前两年买了个兴职网的课程，今年让退费，结果蛇鼠一窝都是骗子，以退费为目的让下载他们这个国泰经办软件，然后让下数字人民币交易平台，银行卡转账给进去然后通过他们教的操作把退费刷出来，骗了还p图那个看起来很正规银保监会账户，就这样被骗了。
