2018年10月9日，10日分别出金两笔，等待多日不到账 找客服，客服以第三方支付平台限额为由让注册数字货币账号。改为数字货币出金，听从客服要求，注册数字货币，发邮件说明银联出金改为数字货币出金，又等待多日，期间多次找客服，客服总是以限额为由敷衍了事，终于多日后给出了一笔最小金额的，剩余的到现在还不给出
