7月8日入金，7月9日成功出金一次。9號當天交易完成之後，嘗試第二次100%出金。這次非但沒有成功出金，連帳號都被凍結，完全不能登入。當講此事反饋給平台客服後，客服卻說出金不能超過90%，還說是金管系統自動檢測的，“疑似您有違規操作，但未確定，配合調查就可以”，還讓繳納100%的出金保證金，用來解凍帳號。
