本人听信了网络陌生人的宣传，于2017年10月20日在G-IMFCH高朋国际多边金融清算中心开立了外汇交易账户，入金5000美元并得到盛宝源非融资性担保（北京）有限公司的资金安全和出入金安全的担保协议。目前，交易资金根本无法出金。多次与G-IMFCH高朋国际多边金融清算中心交涉，但是以受国内外汇额度限制为理由拒绝办理出金，本人通过投诉返还交易金。现在我的交易账户也被平台封账，
平台官网也不能登录。
