10月初在网上认识了这个叫jing的人，声称自己是做基金和外汇管理的，带我坐一点，赚点外快，然后他给我发了一个网址，下载个一个名称是WIEXEX的app，于是跟着他下载做单，当我盈利之后想提现，客服竟然跟我说要缴纳税款，还不能从余额里面扣，离谱，这平台是黑平台吧
