针对因报价错误而导致EA下单失败，本人已经举证是会发生错误的且下单失败的原因在於报价上的错误，并且也推算出因此错误所造成的损失，於2021/8/13向他们提出申诉，至今仍为获得合理的解决。只以价格变动为由敷衍卸责，并未正视其报价错误的问题给予合理的回覆。当时价格远低於市场价格所以下单失败！
