不是本人账户转入资金就冻结我的账户，要求缴纳保证金解冻，盈利20％以上，要求缴纳税金，之后不给我我提现，以我填错收款卡号为由冻结我账户，又让缴纳保证金，保证金不足经过协商降低后，还说好汇入金额就给我解冻，汇入后出尔反尔说审核没有通过，耗了十多天，一直无法出金。
