我在卓域创富平台前前后后一共是投资了6万元，在他们平台交易赚了点钱，我把账户里的余额81376元出金的时候该平台不给我出金，说什么用来提现的银行卡卡号错误，要我缴50%风险解除金，我的卡号并没有错误，他们反倒还把我的账户给冻结了，现在钱全在里面一直没出来，都快过年了，急需用钱，能不能帮帮我！
