这个平台出金审核一拖再拖，现在要求缴纳17%以账户总额（本金+盈利）计算的个人所得税，平台不接受以扣除账户方式支付个人所得税，要求入金支付，也不提供征税证明，不入金就出给出金。还说是银监会监管的，能帮帮我取回本金吗？
