在7月份开了两个户，账户31216分别入金3100和2700美金，赠金都是750美金。经理说按照平台规则做满相应的手数就可以把赠金部分转化成余额然后出金，然后我两个户都做了300多手，其中我没有锁单没有EA一切按照平台规则来，最后出金时候这个1500美金就不兑现了，这样的话平台是否存在诈骗嫌疑，请平台给个答复。
