The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has revoked Fintailer Investments Ltd.'s authorization for Cyprus Investment Corporation (CIF).
This decision was made by regulatory authorities at a meeting held on April 15, 2024, and was announced today. CySEC pointed out that the main reason for this withdrawal is that FinTailor Investments has voluntarily waived its CIF license.
The company has been holding a CIF license since 2011. In February this year, CySEC announced a settlement agreement of 200000 euros with the company. According to the statement at the time, regulatory authorities emphasized its potential violation of anti money laundering laws. The survey covers the period from 2016 to 2019.
At present, the several domain name websites operated by the company that have been approved are no longer accessible.
